Hire artists. Keep one brand.

Team Mode lets an event company run contractors and freelance artists under a single business identity, with no company information to re-enter and nothing new to teach.

The growth you can't get from contractors alone

Every guest leaves with your business in their pocket, automatically.

The moment a guest joins the queue, at any station, owner or contractor, they get your company's mini-site, your review links (Google, Facebook, Yelp, whichever you've connected), and a way to book you again. It doesn't matter which artist served them. The guest walks away with everything they need to come back, every single time.

No more handouts at the booth

Artists no longer need to hand out business cards or flyers at all. The follow-up channel is built into the queue itself, so a guest who had a great experience is one tap away from a review or a rebook.

Zero reliance on the contractor

A first-time freelancer who's never worked for you can't verbally pitch "here's how to find us again" or "here's where to leave a review" the way you could. They don't have to. The guest gets it automatically, with nothing for the contractor to know, remember, or say.

Why this is a revenue benefit, not just convenience

Businesses using contract or freelance labor for events routinely lose repeat business and reviews because there's no consistent way to get the guest back in touch with the company after the event. The contractor finishes the job and leaves; the guest has no path back to you. Team Mode closes that gap automatically for every guest, new or repeat, so the work you booked once keeps earning instead of vanishing.

How it works

From new hire to working the line in minutes.

1. Pick your Company Mode plan

Company Mode is one flat price for the whole crew: Small Team covers up to 5 artists including you, Growing Company up to 15. Choose it from your Billing page instead of a solo plan, it replaces one, it doesn't stack on top.

2. Create their login

Name, email, temporary password, done. They sign in and land straight on their own station with your branding already in place.

3. They pick services and add designs

On their "My services & designs" page they tick which of your company services they perform and upload the design examples guests can choose from at their station. Two minutes, no typing about your business.

4. They get their own QR code

Each artist works their own line at the event. Guests who scan their code join that station only, and you see every line from your dashboard.

Why companies use it

The operational side: branding consistency, onboarding, tracking, and scaling.

One brand, every artist

Contractors can never touch branding, business info, pricing, your catalog or your portfolio. Whoever a guest scans, they see your company, not a freelancer's personal brand.

Nothing to re-enter per hire

Your services, policies, consent wording, thank-you emails and mini-site are already there. New hires inherit all of it on day one.

Guests always see your real catalog

The company catalog shows in full, with that artist's own design picks folded into the normal design-choice step. Nothing is duplicated or maintained twice.

Know who served whom

Every guest is recorded against the artist who served them. Filter Event History by artist, see each guest's service and design, and export it for payroll or quality tracking.

Optional "meet your artist"

Off by default. Flip it on per station and guests see a friendly "You're with Natalie today". Leave it off and no individual name appears anywhere.

Automatic event reminders for artists

Every artist you schedule gets a reminder about a day before the event, by push notification and email, with the event name, date and time, the full address, a map link, and your notes. Nothing falls through the cracks before a gig, and each artist picks push, email, or both in their own settings.

Enter event details once

Venue, timing and client info you enter when you create an event automatically flow into your calendar, your invoices, and your team's reminders and messages. Send your own message to an artist too, pick a template like "running late" and it fills itself in with the real venue and time. Customise anything, anytime.

One shared team calendar

You see everyone's schedule with colour-coded crew per event; artists see only their own bookings plus who else is working the same gig. Clash warnings flag a double-booked artist live, before it becomes a problem on the day.

Company Board for open jobs

Post an open job, artists apply, and you pick who gets it in one click. The selected artist is notified by push and email automatically, and the event lands on both your calendars instantly.

Time off that's actually visible

Artists and you can mark yourselves unavailable for any date range. It shows on the roster and the calendar, and if you try to book someone over their time off, you get a warning. It never blocks you, because sometimes a gig is worth the ask.

Artist invoicing, pre-filled

Artists can bill the company per event, with the invoice pre-filled from the real event details, no chasing timesheets or retyping addresses at the end of the season.

A scoped app view for artists

Your team sees a trimmed-down Team App: their calendar, photo albums, the company board, and their invoices. Nothing about your company's branding, pricing, or setup is visible to them.

Grow past your plan without jumping tiers

The artist counts are pricing bands, not walls. Land between two plans and you simply add extra artists at the per-artist rate; 31 or more and we'll quote you a price built around your company. Pause an artist between gigs or remove them when a contract ends, and scale straight back up for the next big event.

Frequently asked questions

How permissions, the guest catalog, and station QR codes actually work.

Can a contractor change my branding, pricing, or catalog?+

No. A team member can only run their own station and queue. They can never touch your branding, business info, pricing, your real catalog, or your portfolio. Your company identity stays exactly the same no matter which artist a guest scans.

Will guests see a different catalog depending on which artist they scan?+

No. Every guest sees your full company catalog exactly as you built it. The artist's own design picks are simply folded into the normal design-choice step for the services they perform, so nothing is duplicated or maintained twice.

Does each artist get their own QR code?+

Yes. Each station has its own QR code. Guests who scan an artist's code join that artist's line only, and you see every line from your dashboard in real time. One artist going down doesn't slow the others.

Can a guest tell which artist served them?+

Only if you choose. "Show artist's name to guests" is off by default and can be flipped on per station, showing a friendly line like "You're with Natalie today". Leave it off and no individual name appears anywhere.

Do I have to re-enter my services for each new hire?+

No. New hires inherit your entire company setup on day one. On their My services & designs page they just tick which of your services they perform and add a few design examples guests can pick from. Two minutes, nothing about your business to type.

What happens when a contract ends?+

Pause the artist between events, or remove them and their login entirely when the contract is over. Your catalog, branding, and guest data stay untouched, and you can add a replacement seat whenever you book a bigger event.

How does scheduling across a team work?+

Your calendar shows every company event with colour-coded crew on each one. Artists see only their own bookings, plus who's working the same event, never the whole company's schedule. If an assignment would double-book someone, you get a live clash warning before you confirm it.

How do I fill an open job without ringing around?+

Post it to the Company Board with the date, area, and what's needed. Artists apply with a tap, you pick who gets it in one click, and the chosen artist is notified by push and email with the event already on their calendar. It appears on yours at the same moment.

Can artists mark holidays or days they can't work?+

Yes. Artists, and you, can mark any date range as unavailable. It shows on the roster and calendar, there's a clear "who's away" view, and booking someone over their time off triggers a warning. It warns rather than blocks, so the final call is always yours.

How do artists bill me for a gig?+

They create an invoice straight from the event, pre-filled with the real details, no retyping. You see every artist invoice in one place alongside your own client invoicing.

Is there a limit on how many artists I can add?+

No. Small Team includes 5 artists, Growing Company 15 and Large Team up to 30, and if you land in between you just add extra artists at the per-artist rate rather than jumping plans. Working with only one to three extra artists? You can add them to a solo Monthly or Annual plan instead. Companies of 31 or more get a quoted price. Pause or remove an artist anytime.

What can artists actually see inside the app?+

A scoped Team App view: their own calendar, their photo albums, the company board, and their invoices. They never see your company's branding settings, pricing, or setup screens.
