Add your logo and your colours once and every screen a guest sees is yours. Then set up the event itself: when it runs, what you are offering, and what you want to ask guests for.

Guests join in seconds

A parent points their camera at your sign and they are in the line. No app store, no download, no account to make. It opens in the browser they already have.

They pick what they want, put in a name, and they are holding their place. Their phone shows where they are in the line and updates on its own.

Choose how guests join

Your event, your setup. Give guests the way in that suits the room you are working in.

From a parent's phone

The usual way. A parent scans, joins for their child, and keeps their place on their own phone. This is the one that lets you ask for contact details and consent.

Kid Mode on a phone or tablet: a short form asking for a first name and a design, nothing else.

For when no parent is standing there. A child can join with a first name and a design and nothing else. No contact details are asked for and no marketing is collected.

Leave a tablet on your table. Anybody without a phone, or with a flat battery, signs themselves up on it and joins the same line.

Step 4

Run the line from your phone

One screen, one thumb, while you are still holding a brush. You see who is in the chair, who is next, and what they asked for.

Somebody wandered off? Put them on hold and bring them back where they were when they reappear. Nobody loses their place because they went for cake.

With a team

Every artist runs their own line from their own phone. As the owner you see all of them at once, and can move a guest between artists if one line is running long.

Step 5

Put the line on a screen

Stand a tablet on your table facing the guests. It shows who is being served and who is coming up, in big type readable from across a room.

You carry on from your phone. The tablet follows along on its own, so a child can see their own name getting closer even if nobody is watching a phone.

One event. Several screens. One line.

Every device is looking at the same line. Add a guest on the kiosk and they appear on your phone and on the display at the same moment.

Everyone gets their event back

This is the part that actually changes the day. Nobody is standing in a line in front of your table. Families go and enjoy the party, and come back when it is their turn.

You work at your own pace instead of performing for a queue, and the host gets an event that does not have a bottleneck in the middle of it.

You are busy painting. You are not going to remember to hand a card to every parent, and they are not going to keep it.

So the thank-you goes out for you, with the photo if they agreed to one, your branding on it, and a way to find you again.
