Guest alerts work in the background on Android and desktop. On iPhone, Apple only allows background alerts if a site is added to the Home Screen, so iPhone guests are asked to keep the queue page open instead. SMS alerts are on the roadmap.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use Ready to Q for school and daycare days?+
Yes. School & Daycare Mode lets parents sign up in advance with a link from the school. You get class lists by teacher, organized and printable, and on the day you work through each classroom in order. Parents aren't sent live updates, and children's information is deleted automatically 30 days after the event.
How does the free trial work?+
Every premium feature is free for 14 days. The trial starts the first time you open an event, not when you sign up, and no card is needed. When it ends you stay on the free plan: your live queue, Event Mode and QR sign-up keep working, and nothing you built is deleted.
Should I buy a pass or a plan?+
Passes are one-time purchases for occasional work. A 1 Day Pass covers 24 hours from when you start your next event, and a 7 Day Pass covers a busy week. They never renew. Monthly and Annual plans are for regular work, with unlimited events, and renew until you cancel. Annual works out two months cheaper than paying monthly.
Can I add more artists?+
Yes. On a pass or a solo plan you can add up to 3 extra artists, each with their own line and QR code, paid per artist for the same period. For a bigger crew, Company Mode has flat team plans that include 5, 15 or 30 artists, and the smaller ones can add a few more artists before you need to move up.
How do I cancel?+
From Billing & Passes in your account, at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us within 30 days of it and we'll refund it. Passes never renew, so there's nothing to cancel.
Is tax included in the price?+
Prices are shown in Canadian or US dollars before tax. Applicable taxes, such as GST/HST and, where we're registered, PST or QST, are added at checkout based on your billing address and shown before you pay. Stripe emails you the receipt.
