Guest alerts work in the background on Android and desktop. On iPhone, Apple only allows background alerts if a site is added to the Home Screen, so iPhone guests are asked to keep the queue page open instead. SMS alerts are on the roadmap.

How Company Mode works day to day
Every artist gets their own line, their own QR code and their own queue, and you see the whole company on one calendar.
Event details you enter once, including venue, timing and client info, automatically fill in your calendar, your invoices, and the reminders and messages your team receives, and you can edit any of it before it goes out.
Your 2 free days start automatically the first time you start an event, and you drop to the free plan when they end. Nothing is charged and nothing stops working. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime from your billing page, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Day and week passes are one-time purchases and never renew. Ready to Q never takes a cut of your guest payments. 100% of what guests pay goes directly to you, whether by cash or your own card reader.
